What happen if I need more therapies or staff access?

SmartPDT is sold in standardize FLAT packages with a given number of therapies, patients and staff accounts.

Additional patients and therapies (Tokens)

Therapies and users are managed by the Token System, spending one token you can either register a patient or schedule a therapy for an already registered patient.

One token (credit) is counted (i.e. spent) in SmartPDT any time a new patient account is registered in the SmartPDT web-portal and one token (credit) is counted (i.e. spent) in SmartPDT any time a new PDT treatment session is scheduled by the clinical staff in the SmartPDT web-portal.

FLAT packages come with a given number of tokens:

  • FLAT 100 – 200 tokens – Up to 100 patients and treatments
  • FLAT 200 – 400 tokens – Up to 200 patients and treatments
  • FLAT 500 – 1000 tokens – Up to 500 patients and treatments

Tokens left unused when the subscription expires are automatically re-enabled at the subscription renewal.

With additional clinical staff users dermatologists can expand their possibilities in a shared PDT management environment. Dermatologists and nurses can share protocols and manage the same patients asynchronously.

Every FLAT package comes with a number of clinical staff users:

  • FLAT 100 – 3 clinical staff user for dermatologist or nurses
  • FLAT 200 – 4 clinical staff user for dermatologist or nurses
  • FLAT 500 – 6 clinical staff user for dermatologist or nurses

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a DL-PDT therapy sessions?

The re-scheduling by the clinical staff of any already scheduled DL-PDT treatment session (e.g. due to unexpected bad weather as detected by SmartPDT) is freely allowed without counting (i.e. spending) an additional token (credit).

How can I share SmartPDT with my staff?

Dermatologists and nurses can share protocols and manage the same patients asynchronously.

Every FLAT package comes with a number of clinical staff users:

  • FLAT 100 – 3 clinical staff user for dermatologist or nurses
  • FLAT 200 – 4 clinical staff user for dermatologist or nurses
  • FLAT 500 – 6 clinical staff user for dermatologist or nurses

Additional clinical staff users can be added to expand the dermatologist’s possibilities in a shared PDT management environment.

Is there an automatic renewal of the SmartPDT Subscription?

There is no automatic renewal of the SmartPDT Subscription.

How can I renew my SmartPDT subscription?

To guarantee the continuity of service, the subscription can be renewed at the same conditions and for the same duration, expressing the wish of the Client by sending an email from the user/admin account declared in this order form to renewals@smartpdt.com

How can I withdraw from the purchase?

SmartPDT complies with the ‘Satisfied or Refunded’ procedure.

So for the SmartPDT Subscription product it is possible to be fully reimbursed within the first 30 days from the date of purchase by contacting us.

Am I entitled to a refund if I terminate my contact early?

There is no pay back for any unused portion of the yearly subscription or for any unused tokens (credits).

Do I have to pay an extra fee if I terminate my contract early?

No extra fee is required to terminate the SmartPDT Subscription contract: it just expires at the end of the term if not renewed.
